I know the Reebok Bislett spikes are older and much harder to find in specific sizes but by chance does anyone have a pair of 9.5 Reebok Bislett lj/pv spikes?

The best spike for beginning vaulters is no spikes.

Unfortunately seen injuries when beginning vaulters land on pit with twisting body. Catching a spike in top pad and twisting has torn knee cartilage. Also beginners can spike a pole. Hold off before letting beginners use spikes.

My son has used Nike LJ4 and really liked them. I was able to find a deal from Jackrabbit and got them dirt cheap. He's tore those up since we got them last summer and now has another pair of those and just recently got a pair of Adidas Adizero LJ2's. He really likes those too. Amazon and eBay are great resources. I've bought several pairs over the years from eBay new. Look for high percentage feedback.

You'll be hard pressed too find jumping spikes in local stores and if you do, they're very few and far between.

Try these... google them to see best deal you can find. They're great spikes.
