Seth Perrins Jumping Well

This is from the latest Husky press release:

Monster PR of the Week: It's not every week that someone improves their pole vault PR by half a foot, a feat sophomore Seth Perrins accomplished with an NCAA-qualifying clearance of 16-5 1/4 at the Oregon Invite. More remarkable is that it's the second time this season the Tekeo, Wash., native has achieved a massive PR in the event. At March's MPSF Championships, Perrins upped his indoor PR seven inches with a mark of 16-0, after going only as high as 15-5 in three previous competitions.

After high school, Seth went on a mission for a few years, and just started vaulting again this year. He's a great guy and I am glad to see him jumping well. I remember his great competition with Jesse Dean for the B State Championship, back in the day :P
