Lately I've been using sticky spray. How the heck do you get it OFF your hands? :dazed:

Try rubbing alcohol....just keep a bottle in your bag for when you wash your hands afterwards!
That's Jodie!!

A scripture that makes me think of all you girls and guys pole vaulting....

Habakkuk 3:19
The Sovereign LORD is my strength;
he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
he enables me to go on the heights.

just stay away from the sticky addiction.........then you do not need to find the "fast orange" to get your vault off.............

keep on using the sticky. It's awesome. Then use liquid tape remover, works like a charm
