what should i do about my elbow?

what should i do about my elbow?

hey so when i vault my bottom arm (left) really hurts mucho! the pain is all in my elbow but then it makes the rest of my arm throb. how can i fix this? and what should i do about shin splints? thanx guys! :D
hey what was that!?! well it was suposed to be a 360, but it turned into a 180 and munch! AIMEE*HAFEN

i think u might wanna get ur elbow checked out.. but for shin spints, ive heard of something called tiger balm?.. im not sure wat it is but its either for shin splints or muscle soreness?. and biofreeze?. i forget wat thats for too.. heh.. and if u could run on softer surfaces more often like grass and wear ur spikes or flats or watever only when u need to. also ice and advil might help.
i run, therefore im buff.

yea ice ur shin splints, but if ur looking for extreme fast way of getting rid of them, i don't think there is a way. u'll have to go with them for a few days till they just go away. by then, u'll be used to how they feel anywayz.

Shin splints

Try tapping your arches, shin splints are tough and are probably being caused by the way you run, but I used to have them really bad and getting my arches tapped help out alot. Also when you run really focus on keeping your toes up (Dorsi Flexion) when I fixed that my shin splints went away,
