Stalling out

Hey, i have been vaulting and getting some decent bend out of my pole but it seems to not have enough power to give me some spring back. i kind of just stop at the top and come strait down the pole.

You must not be leading with your chest during the take off.

Try lowering your grip

not enough speed on the run way to counteract your grip height might be a problem...that's why Becca said lower your grip...or so I think that's why she said so...
