Trail Leg Help

Unread postby bvpv07 » Mon Apr 19, 2004 10:41 pm

Hi!
I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice concerning the problem that I am currently facing. I have a trail leg, but I can't seem to carry it through into the rock back. So, my legs get up, but my hips don't. Is there any advice, or are there any drills that anyone has that can help me get this swing?

Thanks!

at a certain point you have to use other parts of your body to get your hips up / inverted. the leg swing alone cant carry you upside down. abs / arms etc
