Pole Vault Words - Instructional and Inspirational

Hello true vaulters and coaches,
I'm just an observer. I'd like to compile a list of words that sum up the pole vault event or experience. Words that are instructional and inspirational. For a graphic design.
I think I saw this list on something from David Allen Butler: Run. Plant. Jump. Stretch. Whip. Extend. Fly. Clear.
Also found: run up, plant, take off, swing, tap, rock back, invert, pull, turn, push - but my husband tells me not everyone agrees with all those.
If you have other ideas you'd be willing to share, I will appreciate them.
Look to see them on a T-shirt or hat in the near future.
