Alleve is one of the strongest you can get without a prescription. Don't mix it with ibuprofen.

Why aren't you supposed to mix them? Side effects?

Too much stress on the liver or kidneys (I forget which). You can try asking a pharmicist what you can mix. I had a friend one time that had 3 different prescription pain killers and some OC stuff. I took her in to the pharmicist before she killed herself trying to take them all at once.

this isn't really an injury but i thought worth mentioning. i think pv should be canceled if winds do exceed over 40 mph. cause when this person was running down the runway, the wind blew so hard that the while he was running his full speed, the pole flew and rammed into someone else's chest and ouch when i saw it. :dazed: :dazed: i think it must have hurt cause the guy said the f word 5 million times.

Yucky blister on the back of my right foot, and a constantly tight left hamstring... nothing life-threatening... but they suck. Because both of my legs are messed up, I look really funny running. :(
