Injuries, anyone?

the only injury i have is my pride. a couple NH's can put a frown on my face for a while. :(

Shin splints, knee problems and ankle problems. :crying: it's not that big a deal, it just screws up my run. A LOT. :( *sigh* life will go on.

pulled hamstring.. :crying: hopefully be better by first track meet? and iv got a few torn open calloses on my hands too i guess.. does anyone how to get those to heal faster? Im not allowed to tape my hands, snf everytday at practice they get ripped open again.. its really annoying.

you could use second skin. it's like a liquid bandage but it stings a little bit when you first put it on

injuries

here's my theory on pole vaulters and our injuries. Pole Vaulters are all badasses. from 2 meters to 6 we rule. so i guess unavoidable injuries is just the price we pay for being so darn cool.

You should be able to get it at any regular pharmacy, but i'm not sure where charlie got ours.

if you want to order some online there are a number of products that all do the same thing. "Second skin", "Skin sheild" etc. but just look for liquid bandages.

My ankles are screwed up for now, the best my doctor could come up with was overuse... :confused:
