pulled hamstring.. hopefully be better by first track meet? and iv got a few torn open calloses on my hands too i guess.. does anyone how to get those to heal faster? Im not allowed to tape my hands, snf everytday at practice they get ripped open again.. its really annoying.
What have you done today to get better?

injuries
here's my theory on pole vaulters and our injuries. Pole Vaulters are all badasses. from 2 meters to 6 we rule. so i guess unavoidable injuries is just the price we pay for being so darn cool.
