Even the cost of the smooth wall corrugated tubbing has gone up... almost $100 just for a straight 20 ft stick. The rippled flexible tubing is about $75 (2 10 ft sections cut with a coupler)

PVC works great 6" holds about 10-12 poles and is really strong (although kinda heavy). You can use magic markers to color, decorate, school name etc.

Hi,

I have recently started making them from heavy 16 mil vinyl. I make the 6" tube style as well as a "tool pouch" style. The vinyl is brown but I can add custom colors to make it prettier. Also, there is a 6" flexible vent that I can include to make it more rigid. Not as good as PVC but not as heavy either. Email if you have questions and to talk about custom details. The base bag is $60 and I pay shipping. Custom details and the vent are extra but still much cheaper than Ucs.

Double wall corrugated tubing is $100? What part of the country are you in? I bought 2 20 foot sections the other day for $96. This was the good stuff with the smooth wall inside. Don't go to a home depot or Lowes. Find a local distributor and ask them. They always have the best prices.
