socks or no socks?

i used to go sockless because it felt better, but then i had to wash my spikes all the time so that they wouldn't smell :no:

- and it was just a pain ... so then i got these really cool nike socks - they're like mesh and they're really really cool and it feels like you're not wearing socks, but you are - its crazy lol

I wear Nike presto socks with my spikes. They are thin, but tight and really breatheable...like a second skin. So I don't get blisters and my feet and my spikes always smell like ROSES! Wear socks dude...you don't wanna have feet that smell like Oprah. :confused:

definitely no socks. I like my spikes to feel as tight as possible on my feet. I tried wearing socks, but my heels would slip around sometimes whcih annoyed me when I ran. As far as the smell goes, meet your new best friend -> http://www.goldbond.com/foot.asp

a little dash of GoldBond before slipping on your spikes goes a long way

that what im talking about..........if you do have to go sockless at least have the decency to do something about the smell! i have 2 teammates that dont wear socks and it is horrible to be any near when they change their spikes

I'm not too sure, but she doesn't look like she smells very pleasant...perhaps she smells a bit like Donald Trump's sweat stains as he says, (insert hand motion here) "YOU'RE FIRED!"

if you do go with socks get some running sox cause they are thinner and you can get some with some really cool designs

try jumping with both. one day use socks, the next day go barefoot. see which one feels the best to you. and the stinky stuff you can take care of with shoe spray that is sold at any shoe store
