Tako Grip Works

For those of you wondering about the tako grip product I can tell you it works. I am not a vaulter, but a coach of a lot of up and coming high school and college vaulters.

We install Tako Grip on a pole last week for each of our vaulters. ( from 9' jumpers to 17' jumpers ) EVERYONE loves it. Especially one of my guys that actually tears the skin off his arm during inversion from the athletic tape "paper cutting" his lower arm.

The Tako grip gives the kids confidence to jump with single top hand grip tape and removes the arm burn from the fabric tape on the lower grip . We just ordered another case and cannot wait until it arrives.

we also use it on our PVC covers on our strap bars and the kids love it.

one of our girls is wrapping her entire pole collection in tako grip.
