40 - 5 flat ( I am not fast sprinter)
Bodyfat - unknown
my last mile time was a 5:42 ( i have ran harder but not timed)


Like mentioned before alot of those number mean nothing.I can do alot of gymnastics stuff because I have a torn shoulder and had to lay off bench press and switch to other lifts on lat pulldown I can do 160lbs 2 times (I dunno if that is good or not). I am in the worst shape I have ever been in since now the doctors also think I have a torn ACL

Another good indicator is the long jump period. I would be willing to bet most of the elite vaulters could jump over 25'. There isn't an ab test on there either, which is vital to polevault. How about a 40 time carrying a pole, that would be interesting.

to me in shape iplies being able to perfor very well as compared to being "out of shape". in other words, ost people stay relatively close to weight maxes and vertical leap etc. regardless of season, etc. (my observations at least) the stats put so far i think are a better indicator of skill and perforance. a good indicator of "in shape" would be like resting heart rate, or iproveents in weight lifting or speed ties copared to a few onths ago. i.e., my resting heart rate differs depending on lazy suers and cross country season, which detrmines how "in shape" i am. another good indicator might be blood pressure, flexibility (all with respect to your personal norms. i.e. lower blood pressure usually indicates better heart health, with respect to in and out of season.) other thoughts?

Round is a shape!
Those are some impressive numbers for the elite. 20 pullups in 30 secs!
I used to be a squat/bench freak when i thought getting bigger was better.
275 clean? - vtechvaulter. That is truely impressive!
we talking power clean or hang cleans. Or is my school just crazy and made up another clean?
BF - 6.4%
Weight - 165
40 time - used to 4.8 but that was 2 years ago. hopefully i'm faster.
Power clean - 185 just started training that this fall
Anyone else out there get burned out from lifting? Our Athletic trainer is having me take a week off running and lifting so i can heal up before our season starts.

age: 15 years old
heihgt: 5'7
weight: 125 lbs
body fat: online i found some calcs and i was i think like 3% or 4% i think
bench: i havnt worked out in awhile, last summer i was at 140 after a month of lifting and now im prob like 130

and ima mid-distance runner
400: 59 (dont run it much)
800: 2:12 (last week... didnt have time to warm up or stretch or anything)
1600: 5:03 (ran it once in beginning of season)
5k: 19:10

i guess ima little too small for pv but ya o well
i run, therefore im buff.

sorry... 265. Power clean
but my doc thinks its what caused the stress fracture in my femur (the tap phase) so im not supposed to anymore. But i love power cleans, def the most fun lift out there

The most fun lifts are the ones that work the auxiliary muscles..I can not do power clean or bench (heavy stuff over 175) anymore...I have a torn rotor cuff my biscep tendon ( i think) is broke loose and some other crap is ripped...So I have some wierd aux muscles

haha. there are some impressive numbers up here. Also i realized that this is in the hs forum, mine are all college marks. i wasn't really paying attention as i generally browse all the forums.
