The two things I notice right off the bat deals with her takeoff. She is way under and her right drive knee is pretty weak. Cue her to drive the right thigh and get her right heel to her butt. As for her step, pole runs and lots of them to get the takeoff point out more to an an ideal takeoff. In my opinion, these two issues directly correlate to difficulty she is having in the air. Start here and which her grip go up and her swing become much better.
