Any tips on why I swing up so early and don't hold the drive swing. I've been trying to drive with the chest, push up with the arms, and hold the left leg back, but I always swing up too early. In the videos I'm holding a foot down on a 14' 165 pole.

The first thing I would fix is getting his step on not under.

if you feel that you are swinging early it could be that your letting your hips get sucked under or not fully hitting the inverse c position.

Your plant really needs some work and leads to a lot of your issues in the air.

you don't swing to early, and I hope nobody convinces you that you do. Keep working on the run and takeoff, I like how active you are with your swing and that you're jumping over your grip.

Yeah, you're not swinging too early. Don't change it.

The reason you aren't rotating the pole all the way over and landing deep in the pit is because of what you're doing with your pole carry. Why are you pushing the pole on the ground? It forces you to lean way forward, completely throwing off your takeoff posture and plant motion. Learn to plant the pole from eye level. You should be doing lots of repeitions of a 3 step plant drill and pole runs on the track.
