Hi guys, I've been vaulting for over a year now, and I really want to improve.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sKIuPh5ZQPQ&feature=youtu.be
I was using an 11 foot 135, I don't know what the flex number is since it was scratched off.
My pr is 9 feet.
I am aware I hop, need to relax my face, and use better form, but if you can see any other problems and give fixes for the ones listed here, please tell me.

The only solution to your problems is to find a coach.

I have a coach, but he has 11 other vaulters to work with, and while he is helping me I wish to get some help from the community.

Well the first thing to do is to get your coach to teach you how to carry and plant the pole. That is something you can practice in your own time - and on your own - without a coach. Stabilise those two elements and then you have a chance of improving your performance.
