2012 Olympic Trials- Men Pole Vault Finals
So blessed to be able to be at the 2012 Olympic Trials with one of my athletes and was excited to see the finalists compete to see who would attend the 2012 London Olympics! Congratulations to the athletes and coaches who qualified for the trials and who were able to experience this amazing meet. It is one I will never forget! Congratulations and Good Luck to those who qualified for London! We wish you all the best!

On Walkers winning jump does he pull the pole out of the box and have to shake it off his hand? Reminds me of some of the old gasket sealer days.

I was there and he did that on a few jumps. Once it stuck real good. He uses plenty of stick-um for sure.

Yup! I asked him about it after the meet, he said the rain made the Super77 tack up a little more than expected. If it's like that in London, he now knows to retape the pole sooner!
