I dont think Amy is, I saw her at the johnson county meet were her old coach is. I was told that she is living with spence frame for now and training with tom hayes up at johnson county? It seemed strange to me, she was at the meet helping out though so... I dont know why?

I don't buy it. We'll be there. Me and you have a major score to settle w/ that Arkansas runway. No more depressing visits to the testing area while other people are still jumping. That sucked last year.

Yeah, the random drug testing aliens. There is nothing worse then having to go to the testing area right after you get out of the competition. If you can pee fast, you maybe get out of there in 20 minutes after all the paperwork. But last year I didn't do the deed fast enough and I wound up missing the rest of the competition, except for Walkers make at 5.80, which almost made up for missing the rest. Steddum rolled in right after me, and after seeing the look on his face I imagine I looked the same way when I walked in. That is why him and me have a score to settle on that Arkansas runway.

I think that Akron vaulters got shafted on these rankings. Both Kira and john deserve to be higher...I guess we'll just have to prove it at nationals. Look out for Kevin Poest of Akron too. He should be on that list by the end of the season. 3 Akron vaulters at nationals would be awesome!

i just signed up for the trackwire rankings today, but can someone explain how they make their pics. I also wish they would show the field just a bit deeper, maybe however deep the NC meet will be...
Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them-a desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill. - Muhammad Ali

You can't blame Trackwire for placing Linnen in there since she is still on the Arizona roster and the sports information department over there has no press releases about her not currently on the team.

I talked about this on a thread on another website, but when the indoor collegiate record holder is currently not enrolled and will not compete this season for Arizona, at least they can let everyone know so media (such as Trackwire) and the fans are not left in the dark.
