Martina Strutz with her coach Thomas Schult will present their innovative training program.
Dr. Wilhelm Bloch will speak on "Mechanisms of adaptation of muscle cells to (resistance-) exercise – implications for training".
Prof. Dr. Gert-Peter Brüggemann will talk on "Adaptations of tendons to training loads".

I wish I could make it this year! I HIGHLY recommend this symposium. They have translators for those who don't speak German (many of the lectures are in English anyway).

Looked atr this website several times this winter. But saw nothing until now. Unfortunately I'm in Albufeira (Portugal) at that moment. Otherwise for sure be there. Indeed highly recommended.
