USD vaulter hits 14 feet
VERMILLION – University of South Dakota freshman Kaitlyn Petrillose, a freshman who is redshirting this indoor season for the Coyotes, cleared 14-1.25 inches competing unattached at the Bill Hillenbrand track meet held at the DakotaDome Thursday.
Though it was not recorded by USD, the effort is recognized nationally and made her a ‘B’ qualifier for the Olympic Trials this coming summer.
