First off you could be holding quite a bit higher if your plant wasnt so late

keep you top arm straight!

maybe try some one arm one step sand pit drills

on a few of your jumps it looks like you dont jump as much as you should causing your hips to collapse from under you

grass vaults can help if your top arm is straight
