Bungee @ 14' and 15' Help much appreciated

Hi guys,
I'm a junior in high school and my PR is 11' at the moment. I have a meet this Thursday and am hoping for 12'.

Info:
Age: 17
How long I've been jumping: This is my second season
Pole- 13' 150 UCS Spirit
Grip- 12' 3"
Step- 73.5 feet (6 lefts)
Heights attempted: 14' and 15' (bungee)

First jump- bungee at 14 feet

The first jump the pole is a little big but the second jump looks really good. Try to jump up more at take off catching as high as you can. Also you are leaning back a little at the takeoff this either means you are out or leaning back, it hard to tell from the video.
