watched the meet yesterday evening... and a replay is on this morning.. Rai Sport 1...

They have shown all the vault qualifiers.. all the men's High Jump, M Shot Put, M triple Jump, women's Pen… Q for 800, 1500.. on and on..

I just wish one time in my life time USATF would hire the whole production crew, even the foreign speaking announcers and just use English captions…

What a great show we could have for our national championship…. Just once, one meet just so our track fans, even none fans, just sports fans could see how it could be done…

And this is not even the best production I have seen.. just average for Europe… would be a home run in the USA..

In the vault… Levenelle was just "playing"… the guy can set a world record if he will keep his run in the right place when he is his fastest…

The other "feature" that was evident from the video shots… head on into the vaulter was the alignment and height of the hands on the plant…. The pole is high and 'down the middle" left hand (for the righties) between the eye brows… where it has to be to transfer the most force/speed onto the pole…

Fun to watch.. don't have Tvo or I would get it all on vid..

i saw the jumps but didn't know the last make was 6.03m?? nice clear jump with a little touch...

i saw two jumps after that.. what was that height??

actully neither of the last jumps were that close...

good jumping..though at 6.03

the ladies jump tomorrow..

He rattled the cross bar at 6.03. Nonethless, over it and went onto try 6.16. New French record and I think an undefeated indoor season?
