Hey below is a link to an open meet in Oakland, NJ. The qualifying standards aren't too high and the facility has a mondo runway. It's a good place to try and qualify for Penn Relays or Nationals. The meet director told me that the National meet will accept marks from this meet, even though it is past the deadline.

Cool! FYI there's also a meet at the Armory right after ECAC's March 5 that is open to individuals.
