Nice jumps! You need to improve your sprinting. Practice hurdles, long jump, and accelerations to improve your sprint technique. How old are you? How many years have you been training?

I'm 21 and i've been vaulting since i was 9 years old, but then i also did decathlon. Only pole vaulting for 6 years.
Also i have a question about focusing. Sometimes i have practices where i run through a lot and i can't figure out why. I just don't have that confidence somedays.

I'm no coach so don't take this seriously, and I'm probably dead wrong, but right before you extend it looks like you tuck your knees into your chest which stops your upward movement.

That's pretty impressive on a 6-step. Like what Barto said, I'd work on your sprinting. What pole are you jumping on and what's the height at on the Video?

You'r not wrong, i do tuck and this summer i'm trying to work on better swing.
I use 175lbs UCS Spirit and grip height is 4.65. First jump is 4.40, second is 4.60 and i also clear 4.70. And the last two are on 4.80.

So all tips on focusing on the vault, and tips for better upper end are welcome:)
