Re: 12'4"
That is a VERY solid jump. Some tweaks to think about that may help you take it even further:
Your pole drop looks good, but it may be dropping slightly too early. You end up in support of the pole a little too much for your last 3 steps. Try dropping it a little bit later and allowing it to fall on its own a little more. This will give you a chance to quicken your steps and/or control your takeoff a little more. Practice this with a couple pole runs and you will really feel the difference.
Your hips move a little too quickly off the ground. Make no mistake, you are in the 95% percentile in my opinion for girls take offs for 12+ vaults, but make sure your hands are pressing up and forward at take off, and that your hips stay directly over your shoulders until you begin your swing. Your hands/arms are the key, so let your arms open up and create as much space as possible between you and the pole before you swing.
Awesome vaults!

Re: 12'4"
jump looks great, but the pole is about one foot from vertical when you push off. Lower your grip two fingers or be on a slightly smaller pole and you make the bar easy.

Re: 12'4"
I'm with Kasey on this one, I definitely wouldn't move up poles yet, at least not based on that video. Since I have an awesome series of 12'6 poles, I would have her capping those until the big blow throughs happen.
But it's hard to say based on one jump.

Re: 12'4"
Not sure what is interesting, but I am basing my critique off only one jump. From what I see the pole is a foot from vertical when she releases and she comes down on top of the bar. By lowering her grip and rolling the pole to vertical she will be holding higher do to the angle of the pole at release and it will be a make on the back side of the jump.
Based on this video she is already coming up short if she moves up a pole she is going to come up even shorter and make the vault dangerous. But like I said I only saw the one jump it sounds like you know her and for all I know she might have blown through that pole on every other attempt, But like I said based on the video she needs to move down a pole or lower her grip a little bit.

Interesting that you think I am stupid enough to base MY comment on one jump -if you look you will find a whole series of her jumps! Just check where the bend is and then give me an analysis of her technique -that will be interesting!

Re: 12'4"
I have seen many of her jumps and have worked with her and her coach for a few years. She is making very good progress in that time but still needs some work on a few things before 4 meters becomes real. Great prospect tho and headed to the UW along with Ashley Schnapp from Central Catholic here in Portland. Gonna see her this Wednesday so I am interested in what people would have me work on with her and what process to use to do it.

Re: 12'4"
Taking off too flat -compressing the pole low. Also tends to have the pole horizontal for too long in the run - gets away with it on small poles BUT!!
