Please review! I'm not 100% sure what heights the bar was at but I think the first was 6', second was 6'6", and the last two were 7'.

- Your run looks like it is getting better! It's still falling apart at the end though, I think you would be better served by using a shorter run and accelerating at the end, instead of a longer run that slow down.
- You need to stretch that top arm all the way up and straight before the pole hits the back of the box! And then keep it straight while swinging. You are crashing down on the bar because you are pulling. Keep that arm straight and swing and you'll land much deeper.
- Quit staring at the bar!

Re: Please review!
Becca's right about your run. You're running way too far for the grip length you have. Also, as soon as you leave the ground you are leaning into your bottom arm and all of your weight is transfered there from that point on. You're using the pole as a crutch instead of a tool. Do some close-grip pop ups (hands together) and get used to swinging with both hands above eye level.

Re: Please review!
On the positive, I'm very impressed with your approach run. Awesome form!
On the negative, your plant is terrible. Fix that plant and you'll be skying some nice heights. Here are some freeze frames I took to compare yourself to:
#1:
You're pushing your plant way out in front of yourself instead of straight up. You're dead already because of this. On the positive, your body is nice and upright.

#2:
You must always jump right at the pole, never off to the side of the pole. A high pressed out plant will insure pole separation from your head/face.

#3:
Head and chest have to move through the "window" with the pole right in front of you.

Summary:
You're bleeding away 90% of that fantastic approach run energy with that terrible plant and take-off. The good news is your approach run is better than most high school athletes. My guess is you are doing this same bad plant on your 3-Left jumps. That's the place to fix it. When straight poling for 3-Left jumps, you must focus on jumping right at the pole with a high pressed out plant with the top arm and the bottom arm elbow bent way out to the left creating the "window" for your head and chest to move through. You won't hit the pole with your face, trust me (as long as you press high)
