I always like to pick out one thing. Obviously there is alot in any video posted, but with this one I will say correct your pole carry and drop and everything else beyond that will be much much easier!! Do that and then come back for more ;)

not sure what your intentions are when you swing but it looks as if you are trying to tuck to speed up your swing. You should try and swing as long as possible the entire time. This will make your swing more efficient in moving the pole to vertical since you will be keeping your COG lower for longer. This will allow you to grip higher. They say if it wasn't for video cameras, Bubka would never know that he tucked since he "intended" to stay as long as possible through his swing. The fact that he bent at the waist was only because he wasn't strong enough (no one is really) to actually stay straight the entire time.
