Hi,

Tom has a problem in the top-end. He can't make a smooth turn and is very late with turning. How can I help him with this?

12 step runup pole: 4.60m/155lbs, grip height 4.45m, bungee at 4.50m

Thanks!

Because he is leaning back at the takeoff, the timing of his swing is late. This late swing causes the turn to be mis-timed. Correct the posture at the takeoff and I think the turn will correct itself.

thanks for the advice! It sounds logical and it will make also make him faster in the last part of the runup. :)
