pic of my pec tear

Unread postby Robert schmitt » Tue Jan 19, 2010 4:16 pm

since I have absolutly nothing to do now why not take a pic of my injury. Notice all the bruising in the right bicep and the saggy pec and loss of arm pit.

Bubba, I was doing the Barry Ross underground secrets of running faster work out. I was benching kind of heavy- reps of 295#--my life time max was 405# in 1999. So it was not near my max---had no shoulder pain--proper form. So much for staying in shape to prevent injury. I thought for sure if I was going to tear something it was going to be an achillies. Your pics have always reminded me to not try to take one more vault.

Scary. You never know. Like I always say, "if you listen to your body it won't have to YELL at you". Of course you had no warning and no expectation you would be hurt. So sorry Dude! Hang in there and you'll be back better than ever. Bubba

What is PVP coming to ... now we're comparing scars ... like wounded soldiers ... years after the battles have been won ... or lost.

Bubba, if I see you in Kamloops, please remind me to show you the scar from my Deacon Jones Achilles Tendon Lateral Transfer operation. I'm not going to lower myself to posting it here ... the only thing impressive about it is the name of the operation ... Deacon Jones was a famous football player ... apparently the first to have this operation! ;)

I have no problem with lowering myself. Here are photos of my right hand. Sorry for low quality:
