Opening height at that jump so i blew over it. flagged out at the top.

13 feet. I hit it on my way up so i didnt really finish the jump.
Both jumps my left arm collapsed a bit but i didnt fiber nose it. It was my first jump in 3 weeks at this meet.
Any help would be appreciated.

I cant tell where your step is but you look like your about a foot under. this causes you to get your hips stuck under making it to where you cant get a powerful enough swing resulting in you flagging out at the top. Also you are not jumping up very well at takeoff.
You second jump is a better jump but still need to work on getting your step on and jumping up. If you would have been a ft further out that would not only have been a blow through but also a make. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot! I tried to hold back a little on my takeoff bc i didnt have a bigger pole to move to. This was the biggest pole we had. But this week when i get the new pole to move onto i will definitely put what you said into action!
