You are too young for college coaches to talk to, and 4.00 meters for a boy is not a height that will interest them. But you are still young and have time to improve. It is most important that you get your English skills good enough to pass the TOEFL. You probably need to jump about 4.90m to get much interest.

4.50 is good for a 15 year old. Just keep up the good work and continue to improve, and around your junior year see where you are at. Maybe try and hit up a few big meets and email a few college coaches you are interested in. But scholarships all depend on what the school needs, it all depends on the situation, the best thing to do is talk to the coaches.

Re: Need scholarship advice
I would strongly suggest emailing coaches if you are interested in competing at the next level. Try to network any way you can and be persistent. College coaches are busy and they get tons of emails and calls everyday. See if maybe you know someone that works for the coach that could be your "in." Good luck and I hope you are making good improvements with your attempts!
