Highbar routine

Unread postby ILPV » Tue Oct 06, 2009 6:34 pm

hey guys i have another question about my training routine
currently im doing highbar sessions 3 times a week with the routine below
1. feet to hands 2x8
2. total inversion 2x6
3. bubkas 2x5
4. stallers 2x10
5. windshield wipers 2x20
and a ab routine that changes alot
my question is though is that this is starting to feel too easy
should i do more of each exercise or should i add in another set for each exercise?

You need to start swinging around the bar.
