usatf 1994 age junior olympics pole vault

What is the prerequisite height for girls pole vaulting to go to the Junior Olympics for the Mid Atlantic area, Hawley Pa June 6th,for a girl born in 1994?
My daughter is 14 a freshman and has pole vaulted 9 feet.

It's not by height it's just by placement. Generally you have to place top... 6? at your Association Championships to qualify for Regionals, then top 3 at Regionals to qualify for Nationals. Your local Association should have the details posted on their website.
