Re: Maryland Vault Club
Sounds good, I just need somewhere to jump during June-August! I'll hopefully be better by then.

Re: Maryland Vault Club
Hi Nick,
I just moved here from Ohio for Grad School. I had been coaching the past few years in Ohio and am too busy now with school. I wanted to keep jumping here and there but as you guys were discussing there doesn't seem to be much around Baltimore. The last time I jumped competitively was in 2000, but I got back into it again with caoching. AND OF COURSE, I'm addicted again. If you ever have an open pit or clinic, etc., please let me know!
Thanks,
Alicia

Re: Maryland Vault Club
Same sort of thing as alicia here, I graduated high school in '08, and nearly won a MD state championship. But i chose academics over athletics when picking a college so the college i picked has 4 16'-17' vaulters so there wasnt much of a chance there.
I love pole vaulting and if you guys ever had a club or something in maryland or UMBC i'd love to join, and im sure within a year you could have at least 40 vaulters easy. probably over 100 in a year or two. A pole vault club would be great for the state of maryland.
I was kind of hoping one day i could come back to maryland to start a pole vault club or something.
Once you get to that point in vaulting, you can never leave it...I passed that point a while ago...

Re: Maryland Vault Club
Hey
Im in baltimore all summer. My requests are simple- a track, a sand pit, Any pole(s) bigger than 13'6 165, and hopefully a gym or weight room SOMEWHERE to workout.
Extras-
More poles
gymnastics facilities
1500 dollars (j/k)
Anyone interested in training with me would be MUCH MUCH appreciated and welcomed to. I'm staying outside of baltimore in owings mills.
