moving to a high performance pole
Ok so I have been using 12' a somewhat older sky pole and I’m jumping 10' 6" on it and really jumping well on it. But now I am at the top and I cant get anymore out of it so imp trying to get on a 13' Pacer FX and its a very fast returning pole and the previous pole was what we call a "butter" because it returns so slow. So it’s a big difference going to the new pole. I know one problem is that imp not quite fast enough for it yet and I can’t get my feet up fast enough for it. Any suggestions?

Are the weight ratings the same? Where are your standards?

The brand of the pole isn't the issue, I am guessing the change in stiffness is. Check out this table to see how much bigger your next pole is: http://www.skyjumpers.com/articles/pvpr ... table.html

Re: moving to a high performance pole
Stop weightlifting... start working on your run and plant. If you want to get stronger, go find a high bar.
Don't switch up poles until you are knocking off bars set at 80cm on the way up.
