My daughter is a 11th grade vaulter at 127 lbs. Her PR is 9 2 but has been stuck on that 9 ft range for about 1 year. She is jumping on a 11 6 Spirit pole wt 130. She is holding it at 11. She runs from 85 -86 ft and in this 9ft vault the standards are about 24. In the following 9 6 vault the standards are 22.
she also has a 12 1 Spirit pole 130 and a 12 1 Spirit pole 140, ready and available.
Any suggestions would be appreciated to help her get to the next level.

Both videos look better if you hit the HD mode.
We would both appreciate any help and tips.
Thanks.

Re: Stuck at 9ft
She's not ready for the 12' poles yet, but those are good next poles to have on hand
She is late in dropping her pole tip. If she starts to drop it earlier, it will set her up to have a smoother, earlier plant which will help her get on bigger poles.
