stuck at the same hight

ok so i am a new pole vaulter i am doing pretty good gettin better, but i have a big problem. i am stuck at 8ft. i know i can get close to if not 9 possibly more but i when ever i go i can just never get into the pit enough or i just dont clear it.
one of my problems i know is that i let go of the pole to early but ive started working on that and have gotten better i cant quite figure out what the problem is.

Get a high bar, start doing the correct drills, and learn what your technical goals should be. Send me a PM if you'd like. :yes:
