Prd at a meet recently. with a 15 1 jump.
This is an attempt at 15 9
Im a big guy, about 6 2 185 lbs, holding 15 2 or so on a 16 1 185 spirit.
takeoff is about 12 4-12 6
standards at 25 or so

this take off i liked particularly well, I was pretty upright and didnt stride out at the end of my run like i tend to.
the rest of the jump wasn't great and my run needs work.
heres another at 14 6, on a smaller pole. I liked what i did on top of the pole better in this jump, and i think if i duplicated that on the bigger pole i could have had 15 9

any help would be appreciated

1. Move up the weight on your poles! Stay at 14'6" poles if you need to for now. You should be getting on poles at least 15 pounds over your weight by now.
2. You run under yourself (do lots of ostriches/exaggeration sprinting to fix that).
3. You have a pretty classic rockback... Keep the swing going! (Do you see what I'm referring to?)
