Ok. You're a great technician (from what I can tell) in the air. On the ground though... not so good. You need to completely overhaul your run and carry.
Stop pumping the pole.
Keep the pole steadily dropping through the whole run (ie. NOT 'shoveling' it at the start of your run, have it vertical).
Plant earlier.
I couldn't see much else, but even so, there's nothing to work on now for your except your strength and your run/carry... Working on air stuff would be best kept at a minimum until you fix your runway stuff!

I really don't know why I swing the pole so much, I make a constant effort to not swing but I end up doing it anyway. I think it might because I am a sprinter and am used to swinging my arms hard.

Try the weighted pole drill. I explained it my 'database' thread in the 'Training' forum. It should help clear up a lot of issues with your carry.

Re: any suggestions?
I know plenty of drills, I guess I just need to spend way more time on them.

only thing i can really see besides pumping the pole(which is ok if its going up and down a little just not back and forth), is you drop off the pole a little early stay back just a little longer and get the full benefit of the pole and enjoy the ride.
