Jack dont stress. Just get some consistent jumps on whatever poles you have to get on to finish jumps, and you will be just fine. I got stuck in that rut a few weeks ago, and you just need to have some practices where you just jump and dont force yourself onto poles unless you feel comfortable with it. I know you still got that 17'+ in you, you just have some tuning to do from now till then. Ill be in Greensboro so good luck everyone!

i think corey might be talking about the summer usatf track clubs or unnattached runners that compete in a section state region and then nationals at the end of july. I did it the past 2 years and never really had success with it. I do though enjoy the meets and nationals was fun. I am almost posative that i won't be doing it this year.

I'm gonna do it. I just hope to qualify to Omaha from my region - lol, it might be a little tough for me because I'm coming back from vacation on July 12, and I think my region qualifying is on the 13th. That's gonna be fun - MAJOR jet lag. XP

I've heard about it.
I was asked to do it this year at League Prelims, but didn't really know what it was...

Anyone care to explain?

ok so i have a question, say i go this year more for the experience, and not actually expecting to be super good. I know i'm in the intermediate age bracket ['92 - '93] with a '93 birthday, then will i still be "intermediate" next year?
