What is wrong with me???? Please let me know thanks.

I seems that I am not turning quick enough, I am not facing the bar when I get over it

Since I don't know you personally, I'll just critique your vault. :yes:

What stands out the most to me is that you take-off under, but still maintain a free take-off. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but if you take-off under, it's better to have a loaded pole than a straight one, because you'll be so far under the pole when you come off the ground, it'll be an enormous struggle just to swing. You fight your take-off with a 'sit' through the cord of the pole into an immediate rowing action (can somebody else confirm this?). Hope that helps!

I would go from short runs on straight poles and slowly move your grip up.

you hold onto your pole to long, what I have my vaulters is go from a short run and have them work on proper form with a low bungee to simulate the top of the vault. try it out :)
