Pole vaulter Hadfield reaches record heights

Linda Hadfield says she’s running faster and getting stronger.
Not coincidentally, she’s also pole vaulting higher than any Section III girl ever has before.
Hadfield, a 15-year-old sophomore at New York Mills, set a Section III record when she cleared 11 feet, 6 inches, during Friday night’s Sherburne-Earlville Invitational.
