yeah cause the standards shouldn't fall in because of a bungee, but i guess that makes more sense for highschools cause almost every place i got to doesn't have regulation mats or stardards. if they have the good mats they have no one to take care of them and in 2 years they are pretty much crappy from the rain and all. They next secure that standards either.
