few jumps and a pr please give me advice

i am open for suggestions please critique me.

the last one was my second pr of the day and my dad(coach) got a little excited so be aware.

Nice jumping....your a little passive with your trail leg at during your take off. I would like to see it flick back more from the force of your take off. right now it just passively hangs for a split second.

Your run could be quicker for sure. Start out with your pole more vertical, and give yourself a second before you jump (you just sort of suprised me with such a sudden start on that 12'6'' jump). I think you might be turning your shoulders a little bit while you're planting. You hit the chord of the pole pretty well, but remember, that isn't the time where your swing should stop! Instead of curling up, shorten your axis of rotation to your hips. Doing this alone might give you another 6'' to a foot.
