Your take-off is literally two feet under. You then just curl into a ball to swing and kick. Also, your plant is slowing you down... you hold it parallel too long. The fact that you still got 11'6'' means that you must have a heck of a take-off...

thanks im having trouble turning when i get inverted, whats a good way to get into that

Get that plant up earlier, your step further out, and keep that trail leg long. You'll find it easier to turn when you do those things better.
