This is a video forum for help, not for pictures. But i can already tell you are way too far under. There are a number of ways to fix that, but we cant tell you what way without a video.

well if you look where it says Video Review, it says "videos and pictures" :D but what can i do 2 fix tht. I've been doing tht for a while, i don't have a coach so tht kinda sux. What i've tried lately is backing up my step and narrowing my grip up. The more narrow grip works really well for chest drive, extension, and my swing (up) but not so much 4 take-off. So what do you think??

Well just backing up your step would work, if you have a head of steel and can get used to taking off in a way that will feel outside to you. Most people tend to over stride when you try to force their step back farther than usual. If that isnt working, you may need to start from the beginning with a pop up and practice leaving the ground before the pole tip hits the back. Eventually try it with a short run and then long run. Your cadence should get faster and faster as you approach the box.
