SUNY Brockport Pole Vault Clinic

On April 20th (a Sunday) there will be a Pole Vault Clinic held at SUNY Brockport from 11am-5pm. The cost will be $50 per athlete. Athletes will do pole runs, get about 1-2 hours of vaulting, do pool drills, rope vault, and do gymnastics. You can sign up online at www.westernnyroadrunners.org . There will also be video screens at the 2 pole vault pits to get instant feedback of your jumps.
