this is me using a 13'6 155 holding about 13'2 and the bungey at the top of the standards is at 14'
ive been jumping a little more than a year and am 135lb, 5'5, running from 7 lefts at 71'

im open for all sugestions on how to improve the jump... most importantly how to get a higher push off? id like to be able to get over 14 easily with a 13'6... i also have a 13'6 160 that i had a few good jumps on holding about 13'3 but didnt get em on video...

You look very good, listen to the coach you have right now and you will be fine, just get stronger and faster by training hard. Good Luck
