i know there are a bunch of obvious things wrong with the vault such as plant and swing but we dont have a coach with us everyday and im trying to get some imput on how to fix his plant and improve swing and pull through.

I see a lot of athletic ability.
Poles runs are a great way to start. Let him keep jumping a little each day, but only so he doesnt lose interest, and incorporate plant drills and run technique into your training with mini-hurdle pole runs and pole drops. Im in a similar situation and thats what im having my partner do, but im sure coaches on here have some great suggestions.

The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph
